There are several levels of pain. The pain levels are marked with the percent of pain you experience. The higher the percent the more pain and less flavor. Although there are chileheads that will argue, that the more the pain the better the flavor. Pain 95% is a painful step up from 85%, but not nearly as painful as 100%!
