Screamin' Blue Hen - An outstanding hot sauce with a taste of mango, Habañero and lemon. Much like the incredible University of Delaware football team, this sauce is fiery. The first impression is of mango juice, but it is swiftly followed by a nice Habañero flavor and a good heat. Screamin' Blue Hen makes everything taste better - from chili to chicken wings. Really nice with seafood and poultry. Heat index 8/10.
